Golrang Industrial Group is an Iranian holding company that is engaged in the production and supply of sanitary and food products, drug production, cosmetics and beauty products, commercial services, printing, transportation and packaging. and stores equipment industries, and in February 2023, it bought 70% of the shares of Tapsi (Internet taxi) and 100% of Alopeyk (Internet motor courier). Golrang Industrial Group has also been active outside the borders of Iran.

History
Mohammad Karim Fazli was born on the 7th of May 1311 in Hamedan, Iran, and he started his first economic activity while studying with his father, who was considered one of the famous merchants and people of Fazl in the region. Neighboring, he traveled to other cities of Hamedan and gained effective experiences in different working conditions.
In this regard, he goes to Tehran to gain more experience in the capital’s great environment. At the beginning of his residence in Tehran, problems surrounded him from all sides, but with serious determination, he solved the main problems and obstacles within three years. He who sees that advanced countries have reached development and progress by relying on dynamic and active production and industry, and that we have become consumers of their scarce products despite all our abilities and capacities, he thinks that he will spend all his efforts to make the country He should establish a large manufacturing and industrial work himself to contribute to his country and fellow countrymen.
Mohammad Karim Fazli founded Paksho company in 1351. The first action started in Zanjan. The primary products of this company were registered under the name of Golrang detergent and cosmetic products. Since then, due to its growth, Paksho is now considered one of the largest detergent manufacturers in Iran. In 1991, Mehdi Fazli joined Paksho Company and this company developed the production work under his management. In 1995, the first new products, including various shampoos and washing liquid, were added to Gulrang’s product portfolio.
Golpaksh First Company was established in 1999 with the aim of marketing, selling and distributing part of the products of Pakshu Company, and in 2000, it officially started operating with the distribution of detergent products under the brand name Aveh. In the same year, Golrangpakhsh company was also registered to distribute and distribute another part of Pakshu company’s products, which were mainly produced under the Golrang brand.
Padideh Shimi Nili Company started its activity in 2000with the aim of producing raw materials. This company is currently merged with Padideh Shimi Jam Company.
Golrang Industrial Group was established in 2002 under the chairmanship of the board of directors of Mohammad Karim Fazli and the CEO Mehdi Fazli. In 2004, Padideh Shimi Padayar Company was established with the aim of producing and supplying detergent and sanitary products.
Golrang Industrial Group established its first food factory in 2006 named Dalin Mehr. In the same year (2018), the Paksho chemical and production complex, including 5 factories, was put into operation with the aim of producing other detergent products, including detergent powder and raw materials needed in Pakshu company. In 2007, Padideh Padayar broadcast was established. This company started the distribution of detergent products of Padideh shimi Paydar under the brand name “Active”.
In 2007, Golrang University of Applied Sciences was established with the aim of improving the skill level of the employees of this group.
In 2007, Middle East Investment Mahd Group started working as a large economic holding company. In 2008, Golrang Group launched a chain of stores in Ofogh Korosh. Marinasun Cellulose Industries was also registered in 2008 and started producing all kinds of paper towels in 2010. Gulbarg Baharan Company was opened in 2010 with the aim of producing various food products such as oil, canned food, tomato paste and tuna fish.
In the same year, this group started its activities in the field of drug distribution with the establishment of Golrang Pharmaceutical Holding Company. Koresh Food Industry Company, which produces all kinds of edible oils, joined the group of companies in 1392.
Masterfoodeh Company was also established in 2013 with the aim of producing chewing gum with brands such as Biodent sugarless chewing gum and Action chewing gum, different packaging and flavors for the domestic and foreign markets, and the company’s products were launched on the 5th of September 2013. Currently, the most important brand of this company is called Biodent, which in 2017 was able to win the International Tooth Friendly Switzerland Foundation for the production of Biodent and Action gums.
In 2013, Koresh Cultural and Commercial Complex (Koresh Mall) was opened by Golrang Industrial Group. In addition to commercial units, this complex has the largest cinema campus in Iran.
Mr. Mohammad Karim Fazli, the founder and chairman of the board of directors of Golrang, died in 2019 and Mehdi Fazli became the chairman of the board of directors.

In the early 1991s, this group had less than 50 people. In the early 2000s, the number of group members reached 500 people. In 2008, about 3,500 people were employed in different industries of Golrang Industrial Group, and now about 17,000 people are working in this group. In 2012, about 2,700 workers joined Golrang Industrial Group.
About 91% of Golrang Industrial Group’s workforce is between 20 and 40 years old. Golrang Industrial Group has created about 78% employment for men and 22% employment for women. The number of members of Golrang Industrial Group reached more than 30,000 people in the second half of 2018, and now this company has more than 40,000 members of this big family. Shamaln Poish Al-Tafsin is active in the field of production of store equipment, including all kinds of showcase refrigerators, freezers, night curtains, trolleys, counters, etc.
In line with entrepreneurial and innovative activities, this industrial group established Golrang Ventures in August 1401 under the title of its venture capital arm and with the open innovation model.
Tehran Stock Exchange
Paksho Industrial Group, one of the subsidiary companies of Golrang Industrial Group Holding, succeeded in gaining acceptance, with a capital of 700 billion Rials, as the largest company in the field of production and distribution of sanitary, detergent and chemical products during the meeting of the acceptance board of the Tehran Stock Exchange Organization on January 15, 2012. and its shares are traded in the market.
Now Pakshu alone is worth more than 300,000 billion Rials (three hundred thousand billion Rials) or 30,000 billion Tomans (thirty thousand billion Tomans) in the stock market.
Ofogh Koresh chain stores is also a subsidiary of Golrang company and the value of this company in Bahadur Stock Exchange market is more than 200,000 billion rials (two hundred thousand billion rials) or 20,000 billion tomans (twenty thousand billion tomans). Also, this holding recently bought the Alopeyk collection.
Cooperation with UNICEF
In 2006, Golrang Industrial Group started its cooperation with UNICEF on behalf of Pakshoo company. For this purpose, Pakshoo Chemical Manufacturing Company and UNICEF Iran signed a memorandum of cooperation for the benefit of Iranian children in Esteghlal Hotel in 2006.
According to this memorandum, which was signed by the CEO of Golrang Industrial Group, Mehdi Fazli, the CEO of Pakshoo Company, Masoud Sezavar Zakarian, and Christian Salazar, the head of UNICEF in Iran, on the other hand, it was decided that Golrang, as a supporter of UNICEF, would pay a certain amount in put it under the authority of UNICEF. With the signing of this memorandum, this cooperation officially began with the message of “be kind to our children“.
Golrang University
Golrang Industrial Group Scientific-Applied Training Center was established in 2006 with the aim of training personnel and providing skilled manpower of Golrang Industrial Group and started its activity by accepting students in three skill fields. This academic center accepts its students based on the strategic plan of human resources of Golrang Industrial Group.
